These terms apply when you use Mercivo. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.

Your store

You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, taxes, deliveries, refunds and for following the laws that apply to your business. Do not sell anything illegal or use the service to mislead people.

Acceptable use

• No spam, scams or attempts to break or overload the service.
• No content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Follow the rules of the messaging and payment providers you connect.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply from the next billing period unless stated otherwise.

AI features

AI tools can make mistakes. Please check anything they write or create before you publish it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run your store.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you in advance.
